mission team to thailand
woo hoo.. again a long time since i dropped anything in.. i kinda prefer writing in a diary coz i like curlin up in bed and writing with my blanket around me. ha. i went to catch e day after tmr today with yulong. it was a good show. n yulong's alwaz been one of my fav companies.wud review the show in my next post. after tt i went to church.. met Sherlynn on the train to church. funny how i knoe this gal for yrs.. since i was sec 2 in church but i neva..as in NEVA spoke to her till today. It was really cool~! spoke abt wad we're doin now.. where we're goin to study.. badmouth e silly education system in spore.. she's goin to monesh to study LAW next yr.. im excited for her.. hm..after church i went to supper... juz read char's blog..haha. our blogs r so diff... hmm mine basically's juz arnd my life.. which is really boring.. i really wonder sumtimes why humans r so self centered. i dun like it... but i guess tt's life.
church is goin send a team to thailand. i think tt's by far e most meaninful thing to meat this pt in time. im excited for em..they're goin to help this burmese tribe in thailand. this tribe of burmese r actually christians who were persecuted in their own country. e women were raped and most of e guys of this tribe were killed.
i think most of the children there in this tribe(150) of them r the result of the rape. they're rubber plantation workers rite now in thailand.. waitin to become citizens. i think they haf no school there n that's y e church is sendin a team to train the 10 educated burmese there. i neva realised how poor these ppl were till we were discussin abt teachin em to make musical instruments and somebody suggested using green beans n anudder brought out e fact tt green beans r prolly a staple food for the tribe n usin em for such a purpose is def ridiculous. This really set me thinkin.. ive been takin so much for granted.. also.. e team was told not to give sweets to e kids coz they dun even haf enuff food..givin sweets r again out coz its ridiculous n they dun haf proper dental hygience there.
sam brought gabriel home. im upset coz i dun like tt guy.. i think he's a scum. he shldnt b forgiven n he doesnt deserve my sis. its makin me so upset tt my sis forgave him tt i dunno how to talk to her. its strainin things between me n sam..
